The American Staffing Association recently released their 2025 Top 10 Trends in Staffing Report, and the results did not disappoint.

Not surprisingly, #5 on the list was Staffing & Talent Platforms, which is an area where StaffUpApp is leading the way.
The crazy thing is that leveraging a Staffing & Talent Platform (#5) is the absolute best way to achieve 4 of the OTHER items on the list (IMHO):
→ AI & Automation
→ Focus on Differentiation
→ Flexible Work Models
→ Employee Experience
The largest staffing companies, as well as billion-dollar GIG platforms, have already proven that it's the most efficient way to deliver talent.
Staffing & Talent platforms ranked 5th, but honestly, I think it should have won 1st, given the impact we see for our partners.
